Viewing an Advertiser Logs Report

When you want more detail than the advertiser overview report provides, you can view the advertiser logs report. There, you’ll find a log of traffic information like installs, events, and postbacks.

This article is part of our Partner Center Basics series.

Getting There

To view an advertiser logs report, go to Advertisers and choose the advertiser you’re interested in. Then on the advertiser’s page, select the Logs tab. From there, you can select a logs report:

Like in the advertiser overview report, you can generate more advanced views for each logs report using the Configure Report button. In the drawer that appears, select options to group data differently, add or remove metrics, and reduce displayed data via filters.

Exporting Your Report

To add a displayed report to your list of exports, first click the Export button above the table. View your list of exports by clicking the icon next to your company name at the top of your interface:

In your list of exports, click the Download button below a report to begin the download.

Fraud Transparency Insights

Advertisers can set up fraud rules in Attribution Analytics which flag certain types of traffic as suspicious. For the purpose of facilitating an open and informed discussion on fraud, you can view these rules in TUNE Partner Center as they apply to your traffic.

To add these insights to your click or install logs, click Configure Report. Then in the Metrics tab, select the fraud transparency columns you want to see in the report:

  • Fraud Status: Fraud status of the click or install, per your advertiser’s fraud rules
  • Fraud Action: Action taken on the click or install, per your advertiser’s fraud rules
  • Fraud Reason Code: Fraud rule type and 6 digit ID assigned to the click or install, per your advertiser’s fraud rules.

Click Apply to refresh the report and display it with your new options. Once your report loads, you can click on values in the “Fraud Reason Code” column to open a drawer with details about the corresponding fraud rule:

Note: Your advertiser’s fraud rules may cause you to not receive attribution for certain conversions marked suspicious. Follow up with your advertiser to review any disputed cases of suspicious traffic.

The Partner center's Event log doesn't seem to show "open" events

Would like to confirm if this is intended?

    Thanks,
    Michael

      Hi Michael,
TUNE Partner Center doesn't support open logs at the moment, but I'll make sure our product team sees your feedback! In the meantime, you can check your postback logs and add the "Event" grouping. Then in the "Result" column, you'll see which opens got successful responses.
