Welcome to TUNE Partner Center! Here, you can review performance data, export reports, manage templates, and update integration settings. In this tour, we’ll introduce some notable functionalities and highlight key points of interest in your new platform.

Viewing & Exporting Data

In TUNE Partner Center, data for an advertiser becomes available within 24 hours of TUNE registering a click or install from your traffic. When you click on an advertiser’s name anywhere in the platform, you’re taken to the page for that advertiser.

To view an advertiser overview report or advertiser logs report, select from the Overview, Logs, and Test Logs tabs at the top of an advertiser’s page. To view data for all your advertisers at once, go to Reports > Advertiser Performance instead.

When viewing data, you can configure how the report is presented and pick the date range you’re interested in. You can also click Export to prepare a download of the data as it’s presented:

Note: If you don’t see a particular advertiser, then they may not have you enabled as an integrated partner or there may simply be no recent traffic. Contact the advertiser to confirm that your integration is enabled and that at least two clicks or one app install have occurred in the last 30 days.

Managing Templates

During the integration process, you set up at least one measurement URL template and postback URL template. These are listed in Templates > Measurement and Templates > Postback URL, respectively. From there, you can Create a new template or select an existing template to modify it.

For both types of templates, you can copy code for a template directly from the list view using the Copy Code icon button:

Tip: On the measurement URL templates page, there’s also a “Visible to Advertiser” column. Use this to toggle your templates to invisible until they’re fully tested. That way, your advertisers can only select fully functioning measurement URLs.

Updating Account Settings

At some point, you may want to change some account details like your listed contact email, website, or company description. To do that, go to Account > Settings and update the desired fields in the Details tab. Note that changes to your logo must be made through our partnerships team.

To update your supported pricing models, supported platforms, and other such information, select the Integration tab. Information in this tab helps advertisers as they browse or search for partners to work with on their campaigns:

After updating your account information, click Save. To revert all changes you’ve made on a tab, you can navigate to another page or click Cancel.

Navigating the Platform

If you’re ever lost in a sea of data, you can go back to somewhere familiar using the navigation menu. Here’s a quick summary of what to expect from each page:


This is where you start when you log in. See all advertisers you currently work with, and select an advertiser from this list to go to their advertiser overview report.


  • Advertiser Performance: View and export your traffic stats grouped by advertiser or time interval.
  • My Rankings: View your traffic ranking among integrated partners based on platform (Android vs iOS) and region (geographic location).

Postback URLs

Review existing and add custom postback URLs for your advertisers. You can only add postback URLs for events enabled by your advertiser.

Attribution Windows

Review your advertisers’ attribution window settings. These cannot be edited—advertisers define them in Attribution Analytics.



  • Users: View, update, and add users who can manage aspects of the partner profile/account. You can update details like email address and phone number, or reset user passwords.
  • Test Profiles: View, update, and add test profiles for testing multiple installs per app using the same device.
