How do I pull a report for post-install events?

In your advertiser overview report, click the Configure button. Then in both the Groupings and Metrics tabs, check the box for Event.

How do I add groupings like sub-publisher or sub-campaign?

In any report, click the Configure button. You can then select groupings to add or remove using the checkboxes.

How do I see a breakdown of attribution methods for my campaign?

In your advertiser overview report, click the Configure button. Then in the Groupings tab, check the box for Match Type.

Why don’t I see an advertiser’s post-install events in my reports?

Most frequently, this is due to the event being disabled by the advertiser. Check the status of your event by first going to Advertisers > All Advertisers. Then go to the advertiser’s page and select the Postback URLs tab.

Find the postback URL in the table and check the “Event” column for the appropriate event. If the event doesn’t appear in that column, then contact your advertiser and have them enable it in Attribution Analytics.

In some cases, there may simply be no data associated with that event. To confirm this, you can drive a test event as you would with a new campaign to see if the postback appears in your test logs.
