Getting the App

The app is available for iOS and Android devices. For iOS, visit the App Store or search for “HasOffers”. For Android devices, visit the Google Play store or search for “HasOffers”.

Logging in for the First Time

When the app first loads, you’re prompted to log into a network. Provide the URL you use to log into that network on a browser, as well as the username and password for your account.


Note on Login URL: If you use a custom domain, put that domain here. If you use, you need to include the entire URL, not solely your network ID.

Using the App

The Dashboard

Once logged in, the first screen you see is the Dashboard, showing you collected stats for all of your networks. You can select from seeing data on your payout, conversions, and clicks from the top of the screen.


The blue line shows stats for each hour on the current day (as defined by the network’s time zone). The shaded gray area shows stats for that hour on the day before, for quick comparison. If selecting a time range longer than a day, the graphs break down by day rather than hour.


For each stat, you can scroll down to see an hourly breakdown for the current day and day before. If you’ve selected a wider time range (such as last 7 days), the breakdown is by day rather than hour.


Since the app shows stats for the current day, the current hour’s entry will show the data currently collected for that hour, and hours in the future are left blank.

Selecting a Time Range

Tap on the date to choose a different time range. By default, you see the breakdown for today compared to yesterday.


Viewing Stats for Individual Networks

Tap on the Networks icon at the bottom of the screen to see all of the networks you’re connected to. (See below for instructions for connecting to multiple networks).


Tap on the network you want to see to get stats for just that network.


Viewing Stats for Offers

Tap on the All Offers section at the top of a network’s breakdown to view offers you have stats for.


Tap on an individual offer to view stats for that offer.


Working with Multiple Accounts

You can manage the accounts you’ve connected the app to from the Settings screen. Tap on the settings icon icon-settings at the lower-right corner.

Adding an Account

Tap Add Network, then follow the prompts to enter your account information. Tap Sign In to add the account, or the X icon to return to the settings screen.

Removing an Account

To remove an account from your device, tap Edit at the top of the screen. All of your accounts will appear with a red Remove button.


Tap on the button next to the account you want to remote, then confirm on the following screen. When you’re done removing accounts, tap on Done at the top.

Networks: Turning Access On

For your publishers to connect the Publisher Dashboard mobile app with your network, you must have that feature enabled in your settings. Here’s how to enable (or disable) access for the mobile app:

Note: This feature is already enabled for networks using the Publisher Interface option.

  • In the platform, go to Company > Customize Application > Settings > Affiliate. Scroll down to HasOffers Publisher Dashboard Module App and select “Enabled” (or “Disabled” if you wish). Then click Update at bottom of the page.

Can’t See the Mobile App Option?

To access the HasOffers Publisher Dashboard Mobile App option, have your New Affiliate Interface option set to “Enabled”.

    Hi guys. I am having an annoying issue with your last app update. It won't login into my dashboard on a particular iPhone with iOS 9.3.5. The issue occurs only on this device. I have tried logging in on my iPad and it worked just fine. However when I try to enter my login details on the iPhone, the app says Password and Email do not match.
    Is there any way so that we could solve this odd issue? I can send you all needed details/info.
